To bungee or to not bungee?

Risk of tipping over = Bungee your lid
No risk of tipping over = Don't bungee your lid

The bungees on your garbage and recycling roll carts provide a way to keep litter down if it were to tip over. With the weather getting nicer, the bungees may not be needed as often, which allows for our drivers to have the ability to dump the roll carts without having to get out of their truck and release the bungee. Please only use the bungee if you're concerned the roll cart may tip over due to wind or unsure ground.
