This week's employee spotlight is the one and only Renee Selvidge ❤️ This is an extra special employee spotlight because it's Renee's last day at North Lincoln Sanitary Service after joining us in February of 2015. She hit her 9 year mark with us and we are so blessed to have had her for all those years. Please congratulate her on her retirement & send her all the best wishes on this next adventure!
Renee has worked as one of our customer service representatives helping our community navigate their garbage, recycling, and compost questions. She has been the company "mom" to more people than anyone could count. She takes care of our employees as if they were her own family and cares deeply for others. We wouldn't be who we are without her!
Here are some fun facts about Renee:
Having 40 new kids (friends) and loving on the office dogs 🥰
Spending time with my new grandbaby, sewing and quilting, baking, gardening, traveling, and outings with my friends 👶 (If you know Renee you know she loves her family!)
Quiet mornings with a cup of coffee staring at the lake or beach. Having lived here a long time I always see someone I know out and about 🌊 (She has the best sunset photos!)
I'm on the North Lincoln Fire Budget Comm. & City of Lincoln City, but a lot of things I do now are behind the scenes helping others where I can. I volunteered for 29-years at the Lincoln County School System, so I'm sure after retirement I will find even more things to give my time to.
This post is bittersweet after all of these years, but we are so excited for Renee to enjoy all of the hard work she's given to our company and the community after all this time. Her sweet laugh in the office, words of affirmation, and care for all of us will be missed dearly. We love you, Renee!! Congratulations! 🥳
